Delivery & Returns
Electronic parts are neither exchangeable nor refundable. So when you order an electronic part, you are sure to have a functional part that has never passed through the hands of other buyers.
OEM electronic parts taken from damaged vehicules are ALL TESTED before dismantling them from the vehicle. If you buy a computer (ECM or CDI), ask BEFORE PURCHASE whether your vehicle should be REPROGRAMMED by a dealer. Bombardier vehicules (ski-doo, Can-Am) must always be reprogrammed by a dealer. We do not accept computer returns.
For non-electronic parts, if the part you ordered is not suitable for you, you must fill the form to get a return number. In the case of an exchange, you will have to pay for the return transport and the shipment of the new part you want. We exchange but do not refund, unless we do not have your part. In this case, an administration fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund and we will not refund the shipping costs.
If the part you received is not the one you ordered and the error is ours, you must fill the form for return instructions. We will take care of the return transport and the transport to send you the right part. We do not refund. We only exchange.
In all cases, the parts must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed, tested or mounted on a vehicle.

You have 14 days following the date of receipt to request a return If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact one of our customer service representatives.
Prices and Shipping
Please note that all product and delivery prices listed on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). If custom duties are payable, they are at the buyer's expense and must be paid upon receipt of the package in the USA.
Packages are sent by Dicom Express or Canada Post.
