You have 14 days after receiving your order to file a return/refund request. Electronic parts and special orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

We will process your return request shortly. Refunds will be issued within 10 days.

Please note that you have 30 days to respond to us if we have additional questions about your request. After that 30 days, if we have not received a response, the your request will be closed.
